FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" in April. The venue will be the home "Ajinomoto Stadium artificial turf area".
This time, it is a soccer class aimed at adult beginners and women. There are also some days that are exclusively for women.

□Course Introduction…【Beginner Class】This is aimed at beginners and women. We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will also communicate!)
・Basic training (We will also have fun challenges with kicks and dribbling!)
・Match (Form teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)

≪Coach in Charge≫

◆Motohiro Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General)… He demonstrates his skills as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, conveying the charm of soccer through friendly coaching backed by his extensive experience.

◆Yukihiko SATO... Active in seven clubs starting from Tokyo in 1995. During his time in Tokyo, he contributed to the promotion to J1 with his precise crosses from the right side. In 2001, he was also selected as a candidate for the Japan national team. He retired from his 20-year playing career in 2014 and started a new chapter as a coach at FC Tokyo in 2015.

Participation fee... 2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)

【About Waiting List】
If you were not selected in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, please reply to school@fctokyo.co.jp after receiving the rejection email, including your name and stating that you wish to be on the waiting list for the adult soccer class on ○ month ○ day. If a cancellation occurs, we will conduct another lottery and contact the selected individual by phone by the day before.

- Regarding shoes, training shoes are allowed, and spikes are prohibited.
・Changing rooms are available.
