FC Tokyo will once again hold the "17th Tokyo Gas Cup Mrs. Soccer Festival" this year, following last year, targeting Mrs. players.
The venue will use the excellent pitch of "Tokinosu Sports Center" as in previous years, and the accommodation will be at the facilities of "Hotel Tokinosu", famous for its hot springs and local beer.
Not only soccer, but also the best environment for refreshing your mind and body.

If there are a large number of applicants, the participating teams will be determined by lottery. We will inform you of the lottery method at a later date from the secretariat.
Eligibility
(1) A team consisting of married women or women over 30 years old by the day of the tournament can register at least 12 members as a general rule.
(2) A team that can participate until the end of the tournament schedule.
(3) A team that has all members enrolled in sports injury insurance.
(4) Players are not double registered with other teams participating in this festival.
(5) Even players who have been registered for the All Japan Championship in the past or have a national team experience can participate up to 2 players per team if they are married and over 30 years old.
(6) A team that can provide accommodation.

□Festival Details
(1) Matches by participating teams
The main purpose of this festival is to enjoy soccer by adopting unique rules, and we hope that all participants will have fun playing.
(2) Social gathering between participating teams
Match Format
Qualifying league with 4 teams x 4 blocks
⇒Ranking-based tournament between teams with the same ranking in each block
□Referee Conditions
(1) The main referee shall be the tournament referee, and the assistant referees shall be the mutual referees by each team.
(2) The referee method shall conform to the regulations of the Japan Football Association.
□Tournament Regulations
(1) The rules are based on the Japan Football Association's competition regulations.
(2) The match-ups will follow the decision of the tournament office.
(3) The match time for both the preliminary league and the ranking tournament will be 40 minutes in total (20 minutes for each half with a 5-minute half-time break), and there will be no extra time. *In case of rain, the match time will be 30 minutes in total (15 minutes for each half with a 5-minute half-time break) for the preliminary league.
(4) The match will be played with 8 players and any number of substitutes are allowed. Additionally, a player who has been substituted can participate in the same match again.
(5) Each team will play a total of 4 matches in the preliminary league and the ranking tournament.
(6) The league ranking will be determined by points (win → 3 points, draw → 1 point, loss → 0 points). In case of a tie, the ranking will be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total points, (3) results of the match between the two teams, and (4) a draw.
(7) A size 5 lightweight ball will be used, provided by the tournament office.
(8) In case of a forfeit, the score will be 7-0.
