* This is a mixed friendly tournament for five-person teams aimed at working adults. Please ensure that your team includes at least one female member. Additionally, please be aware that students and children are not allowed to participate.

Please choose either the morning session or the afternoon session to apply. Each team will play 3 matches in one day.
Additionally, on both days, a prize drawing will be held starting at 13:15. Please ensure that at least one representative is present at this time.

(1) A team composed of working adults excluding students
(2) A team that does not prioritize winning or losing in matches, enjoys futsal, and is not competition-oriented
but rather has an enjoyment-oriented approach (a team that can respect teammates, opponents, and referees)
(3) There must be at least one woman on the pitch
(4) Players registered with teams belonging to or registered in the Japan Football Association regional leagues (Kanto League, etc.) are excluded
(5) Teams that have sports injury insurance (no insurance coverage provided by the tournament)

Participation fee for 2 days: 18,000 yen (excluding tax) / Participation fee for 1 day only: 10,000 yen (excluding tax)
We will provide information on the transfer destination and method after your application, at the time of notifying you of your participation status.

□Tournament Overview
・Each match will consist of two halves of 6 minutes running time.
・A round-robin tournament is planned with 4 teams. No rankings will be determined. (This may change.)
・Please make sure to wear shin guards.
・One referee will be provided by the tournament headquarters. (There will be a single referee system)
・If you do not have a uniform, vests will be lent from the tournament headquarters.
・Please remove all glasses and accessories. (Sports glasses are allowed.)
・The number of registered players for one team must be five or more.
・Please ensure that at least one woman is on the pitch during the match.
・The event will be held even in rainy weather. (However, it will be canceled in case of severe weather, and refunds will be issued after the following week.)
・Once you have applied and your reservation has been accepted, cancellations cannot be made for any reason.
Also, refunds cannot be made after payment. Thank you for your understanding.
・The rules follow the Futsal Competition Regulations of the Japan Football Association.
* However, the following local rules will apply.
・Sliding tackles on the ball holder are prohibited (an indirect free kick will be awarded)
・5 fouls will not be applied (therefore, there will be no second penalty kick)
・Women's score is 2 points
・No timeouts
□Important Notes for Facility Use
・Please do not bring in the ball.
(The facility will prepare the ball if necessary)
The facility is on the rooftop of the building. The ball cannot be used outside of the pitch.
Please perform the warm-up without using the ball.
・You cannot enter the pitch with spikes or heeled shoes.
・Only water is allowed as a beverage on the pitch.
