FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" in November. The venue will be the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class aimed at adult beginners and women.

* We will do our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled in cases where safety is difficult to ensure, such as during typhoons.

□Course Introduction
[Beginner Class] This is aimed at beginners and women. We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will also communicate!)
・Basic training (We will also have fun challenges with kicks and dribbling!)
・Match (Form teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)

□Coach in Charge
◆Motohiro Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General) ... He demonstrates his skills as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, conveying the charm of soccer through friendly coaching backed by his extensive experience.
◆Yukihiko SATO ... Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He was active as a professional player until last season, and starting this season, he will convey the experiences and joy of soccer he gained during his playing days as a coach.

2,200 yen per time (including insurance fee, tax included)
Payment for participation will be made at the venue on the day of the event.
