FC Tokyo will hold an "Adult Soccer School in Ajinomoto" in November. The venue will be held in the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class for adult beginners and women.
Come and experience the fun of soccer, and let's move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation from the bottom of our hearts.

※We will try our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but there may be cases where it is cancelled due to safety concerns such as typhoons.

□Course Introduction
[Beginner Class] This class is for beginners and women. We will proceed in the following manner.
・Warm-up (also includes communication!)
・Basic Training (Have fun challenging yourself with kicks and dribbles!)
・Match (Create teams with a small number of people and compete against each other!)

□Coach
◆Motoo Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General) ... He demonstrates his strength as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, and uses his wealth of experience to convey the appeal of soccer through friendly coaching.
◆Yukihiko SATO...Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He has been active as a professional player until last season, and from this season on, he will pass on the experience and joy of soccer as a coach.

1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
