FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" starting Saturday, November 7. The venue will be "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for complete beginners aimed at those who want to lose weight or exercise.
Since it is indoors, there are basically no cancellations! And above all, you won't get sunburned! This is FC Tokyo's first indoor futsal for adults.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Will be conducted with a basic team of 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, Soccer Class B)
* Usually in charge of futsal school and adult futsal classes.
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class C, Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal classes.

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per time (including insurance and tax)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
