Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in January. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to enjoy playing futsal and soccer! This is a futsal class for complete beginners, designed for those who want to lose weight, relieve stress, or get some exercise.
Since it is indoors, there are basically no cancellations! And above all, you won't get sunburned!
Experience the fun of futsal and soccer with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Will be conducted with a basic team of 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, Soccer Class B)
* Usually in charge of futsal school and adult futsal classes.
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class C, Soccer Class B)

2,200 yen per time (including insurance and tax)

・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.

About Waiting List

* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
