FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" will also be held in March.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to have fun playing futsal and soccer! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those who want to diet, relieve stress, and exercise.
Since it is indoors, there are no cancellations! And above all, you won't get sunburned!
Experience the fun of futsal and soccer with your coaches, and let's move our bodies together!

Target
Beginners over 18 years old of both genders
※For those who want to kick a ball from now on, those who want to start, and those who have never kicked a ball before are eligible.

Match Time
9:30～11:00 (90 minutes)
Reception hours (8:45～9:15)

Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 two days before (Thursday) in case of cancellation.

※If there are a large number of applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, ・For the event on March 5th (Sat), the results will be announced on February 26th (Fri).

[About waiting for cancellation]
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
