FC Tokyo will hold an "Adult Soccer School at Ajinomoto" in March. The venue will be held in the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class for adult beginners and women.
Come and experience the fun of soccer, and let's move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation from the bottom of our hearts.

For soccer beginners and women over 18 years old (high school students are not eligible).

*If there are many applications, it will be a lottery.
※We will try to hold the event even in rainy weather, but there may be cases where it is cancelled due to safety concerns.

Course Introduction
[Beginner Class]
This class is for beginners and women. We will proceed in the following manner.
(1)Warm-up (also includes communication!)
(2)Basic training (we will also have fun challenging kicks and dribbles!)
(3)Match (we will form teams with a small number of people and compete against each other!)

Coach
・Motoo Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General)
He demonstrates his strength as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, and uses his wealth of experience to convey the appeal of soccer through friendly coaching.
・Yukihiko SATO
Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 1999 to 2002. He has been active as a professional player until last season, and from this season on, he will pass on the experience and joy of soccer as a coach. 

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee will be made at the venue on the day of the event. In case of cancellation, please contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp).

[About waiting for cancellation]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery, we will conduct another lottery for those who wish to wait for cancellations and contact the winners by the day before.
※We are checking for the availability of waiting list in the input form.
