FC Tokyo will hold "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" on May 4th (Holiday Wednesday). The venue will be the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class aimed at adult beginners and women.

* We will do our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but it may be canceled if ensuring safety becomes difficult.

□ Course Introduction
【Beginner Class】
This class is aimed at beginners and women. We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will also communicate!)
・Basic training (We will also have fun challenges with kicks and dribbling!)
・Match (Form teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)
 

【Coach in Charge】
Motohiro Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General)
He demonstrates his skills as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, conveying the charm of soccer through friendly coaching backed by rich experience.

2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
Payment for participation will be made at the venue on the day of the event.

If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held to determine the recipients, and we will reply by email by April 27 (Wednesday).
If you do not receive a reply by April 28 (Thursday), please contact the school office at (03-5600-4441). 
 
□About Waiting List
Even if you are not selected in the lottery, we are accepting waitlist requests. (We will confirm whether you wish to be on the waitlist in the input form.)
If a cancellation occurs, we will conduct another lottery for those who requested to be on the waitlist and contact the selected individuals.

・Please use training shoes for footwear. (Spikes are prohibited)
・Changing rooms are available.
