FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" will also be held in June 2016.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to have fun playing futsal and soccer! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those who want to diet, relieve stress, and exercise.
Since it is indoors, there is no need for cancellations! And most importantly, you won't get sunburned! Experience the fun of futsal and soccer with our coaches, and let's move our bodies together!
We look forward to your participation.

Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)※Payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 on the 2nd day (Thursday) in case of cancellation.
※If you pass 17:00 two days ago, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

[About waiting for cancellation]
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles). Training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
