To all the women participating in the adult futsal class, we will hold a futsal exchange match against Kawasaki Frontale away on July 23 (Saturday) at Frontown Saginuma.
Before the Tamagawa Classico (J1 League 2nd Stage Sec. 5, Kawasaki Frontale vs FC Tokyo at Todoroki Stadium, kick-off at 18:30), we will hold a lively and intense futsal exchange match for women. Additionally, we will have training at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu one week prior, on the 17th (Sunday), before the home game against Kashiwa Reysol (kick-off at 19:00). Ladies who have participated in futsal classes in Umegusa, Fuchu, Gaien, Kodaira, or Kokubunji even once, would you like to join the exchange match?

■ Interleague Match Details
On July 17 (Sunday), we will enjoy futsal with participants and coaches accompanying the interleague match as part of the training.
On July 23 (Saturday), we will have a friendly match against Kawasaki Frontale, consisting of four 10-minute games for each team and one 15-minute game with mixed teams.

Jul 17 (Sun) Training: 1,620 yen (to be paid at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu reception)
Jul 23 (Sat) Friendly Match: 2,200 yen (to be paid to FC Tokyo's coach at Front Town)
Please cooperate by not requiring change.

■Eligibility
・Women who have participated in a futsal class at least once (this is not an adult soccer class)
・Those who cannot participate on training days must be able to participate in the exchange matches. (Those who cannot participate in the exchange matches cannot only participate in training.)
・On the day of the interleague match, please participate in blue attire with the FC Tokyo emblem.

・Please do not bring your own balls. (The facility will provide balls)
The facility is on the rooftop of the building. Ball usage is not allowed outside of the pitch. Please warm up without using a ball.
・You cannot enter the pitch with spikes. (Please use training shoes or futsal shoes)
・There are lockers in the changing room, but there is a limited number. Thank you for your understanding.
