Ladies who are participating in the adult futsal class, on July 23rd (Sat), we will be holding a futsal exchange match with Kawasaki Frontale at Fronta Town Saginuma.
On the eve of the Tama River Clasico (J1 League 2nd Stage Sec. 5, Kawasaki Frontale vs FC Tokyo @ Todoroki Stadium, kick-off at 18:30), women will passionately and fiercely enjoy a futsal exchange match. In addition, a training session will be held at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu one week before the home game against Kashiwa Reysol (kick-off at 19:00 on Sunday, the 17th). Have you ever participated in a futsal class in Kamiigusa, Fuchu, Gaien, Kodaira, or Kokubunji? Why not join the exchange match?

■Friendly Match Details
On July 17th (Sunday), we will have a fun futsal game with participants and coaches who will be joining the friendly match as part of our training.
On July 23rd (Sat), there will be a friendly match with Kawasaki Frontale, with each team playing 4 games of 10 minutes and 1 game of 15 minutes with a mixed team.

■Eligibility
・Women who have participated in a futsal class at least once (not an adult soccer class)
- Even if you cannot participate in training days, you must participate in friendly matches. (Those who cannot participate in friendly matches cannot participate in training only.)
・On the day of the friendly match, please participate wearing the blue uniform with FC Tokyo's emblem.

・Please do not bring your own ball. (The facility will provide the ball)
The facility is located on the rooftop of a building. The use of balls outside of the pitch is not allowed. Please warm up without using a ball.
