FC Tokyo will hold "Adult Soccer Class in Ajinomoto" in July. The venue in July will be held at the "Aminovital Field" adjacent to the home "Ajinomoto Stadium Artificial Turf Area".
This is a soccer class aimed at adult beginners and women.

□Course Introduction
[Beginner Class] This is aimed at beginners and women. We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will also communicate!)
・Basic training (We will also have fun challenges with kicks and dribbling!)
・Match (Form teams with a small number of players and compete against each other!)

□Coach in Charge
◆Motohiro Kawamura (JFA Official Class A General)… He demonstrates his skills as a member of the JFA Kids Project and as a JFA certified instructor, conveying the charm of soccer through friendly coaching backed by his extensive experience.
◆Masashi MIYAZAWA…Played as a player for FC Tokyo from 2001 to 2006. He was active as a professional player until last season and has taken up a position in the scouting department this season. 
◆Aiko Yokoyama... Focuses on coaching at the women's school. She is a bright, friendly, and gentle coach with a charming smile. She will provide everyone with a rhythmic warm-up.
* There will be a surprise participation by the development department coach.
* Please note that the coaching staff may change unexpectedly.

2,200 yen per time (including insurance and tax)
Payment for participation will be made at the venue on the day of the event.
