FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" will also be held in September 2016. The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to have fun playing futsal and soccer! This is a super beginner-friendly futsal class for those who want to diet, relieve stress, and exercise.
Summer is coming to an end and the heat is starting to subside, but the sunlight is still strong.
How about playing futsal without getting a tan since it's indoors?
Experience the fun of futsal and soccer with your coaches, and let's move our bodies together!

Course Introduction
Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)※Payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please be sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Friday) in case of cancellation.
※If you pass 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※If there are a large number of applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results (1 week before),

[About waiting for cancellation]
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※It is expected to be hot. Please bring more drinks than usual. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles). Training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles).
※The ball is being prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
