The season for the "Salaryman Mini Soccer Tournament" has come again this year!
This is a friendly tournament for a 5-person mixed team targeting working adults, regardless of their soccer experience. Students and children are not allowed to participate. Also, please make sure to have at least one female member on the pitch. Let's sweat and blow away our daily fatigue with colleagues and friends who love FC Tokyo.

 Day 1...October 23rd (Sun) 10:00-17:00 Mizuno Futsal Plaza Chofu
Day 2...November 26th (Sat) 10:00-16:30 Ajinomoto Stadium (artificial turf section)

※All matches will be played as league games, with each team participating in 2 days and a total of 6 games. Due to scheduling, it is not possible to participate in only Day 1 or only Day 2. It is a requirement to participate in both days.
※You can choose your participation schedule from the above 2 options, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to a large number of applications.

□ Recruitment Target
1. A team that can enjoy soccer and respect their opponents, without prioritizing winning or losing the game.
2. Team composed of adults who love soccer and FC Tokyo (Students and children are not allowed to participate)
3. A team with at least one female player who can play at all times
4. Players who belong or are registered to teams in the Japan Football Association Regional Leagues (such as the Kanto League) or higher cannot participate.
5. The number of registered members is 5 or more with no upper limit (however, the number of participants for prizes and name listings in programs is limited to 10).
6. Players cannot be registered or played for multiple teams.
7. One assistant referee will assist during matches not involving our team.
8. Teams that have joined the sports disability health insurance (insurance coverage is not available on the tournament side)
※ In addition to the above, if there is excessive rough play or unsportsmanlike behavior, insults or abusive language towards opponents or referees, participation in future tournaments will be prohibited. Please be aware of this in advance.

*In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
※In order to have as many people participate as possible, please refrain from applying with multiple teams within your group. We ask for your cooperation in welcoming new "comrades" who support FC Tokyo.

10,000 yen (tax included)/1 team
*Payment details, including bank account information and payment method, will be provided after the lottery for registration and confirmation of participation.
