Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold"Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in October 2016. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to enjoy playing futsal and soccer! This is a futsal class for complete beginners, designed for those who want to lose weight, relieve stress, or get some exercise.
It has become the best season for playing futsal.
However, the ultraviolet rays are still strong, but how about playing futsal in the gym where you won't get sunburned at all???

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
□Coaching Staff (Will be conducted with a basic team of 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, Soccer Class B)
* Usually in charge of futsal school and adult futsal classes.
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class C, Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal classes.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, Soccer Class C)
※Usually in charge of soccer and futsal school and adult futsal classes.

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*Please be careful, as a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred if you go past 17:00 the day before.

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.
□Others
* High temperatures are expected. Please bring more drinks than usual. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
