FC Tokyo is pleased to announce that the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" will also be held in January 2017.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to have fun playing futsal! This is a futsal class for beginners who want to do just that.
How about starting off 2017 with FC Tokyo's futsal class? For those who have gained weight from overeating during the year-end and New Year holidays, those who lack exercise, and those who want to transform their bodies this year, come and experience the fun of futsal with our coaches and move your body together!
As it is an indoor gym, there is no need to worry about the cold or weather, so all of our coaches are looking forward to your participation.

Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of soccer school and adult futsal classes (Kodaira Gymnasium) on a regular basis.
・Yuusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → women & beginners class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the promotion department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule.)

Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)※Payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please be sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Friday) in case of cancellation.
※If you pass 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.

※If there are a large number of applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results (1 week before the event): ・For the event on Jul 7 (Sat), the results will be announced on Dec 28 (Wed) at 17:00.
・Jan 14 (Sat) event will be held on Jan 6 (Fri) at 17:00
・January 28th (Sat) event will be held on January 20th (Fri) at 17:00

As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles). Training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
