Due to popular demand in Tokyo, we will also hold"Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)"in May. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium". This is a futsal class for those who want to kick a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.

Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
It is said that ultraviolet rays become stronger in May. Since it is in a gymnasium, there is no worry about sunburn or cancellation due to rain.
All of us coaches are sincerely looking forward to your participation.
This time, the categories are divided into male and female categories, as well as a category for women only, so please be sure to check.

Part 1 (9:30–11:00) Super beginners aged 18 and over, both men and women
Part 2 (11:30–13:00) Super beginners and beginners aged 18 and over (women only)

□Number of Participants
16 people for both Division 1 and Division 2 *If there are many applications, a lottery will be held (Beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority.)
* Women can participate with either one or both.

□Event Schedule

* There are generally no cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no rescheduled date. 

□Event Time
Part 1 9:30～11:00 (90 minutes)
Part 2 11:30～13:00 (90 minutes)

Reception Hours
Part 1 (8:45 AM - 9:25 AM)
Part 2 (11:05 AM - 11:25 AM)
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
* The reception for the second part will begin as soon as the first part ends, so please be aware that entry will not be allowed until the first part is finished.

□ Course Introduction

We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic structure with 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Instructor)
* Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Soccer Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal class (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Women's & Beginner Class).
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*Please be careful, as a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred if you go past 17:00 the day before.
The cancellation fee will be paid during your next participation.

□Application Method
We will extend the application for 'Part 2 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) Super Beginners and Beginners (Women Only) aged 18 and over.'
We will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis by phone (03-5600-4441 / FC Tokyo Soccer School Office) until 17:00 on Jun 26 (Fri). Please note that we will close applications once we reach capacity.

If there are many applications, participants will be determined by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, for the event on Jul 7 (Sat), it will be announced on May 19 (Fri) at 17:00.

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.
 

□Others
*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
