Due to popular demand in Tokyo, we will also be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in May. The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium. For those who want to kick a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and have fun playing futsal, this is a super beginner-friendly futsal class.

Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
May is said to be when the UV rays become stronger. Since it is an indoor gym, there is no need to worry about sunburn or rain cancellations.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all of us coaches.
Please make sure to check as the categories are now divided into male and female categories and female only categories starting from this time.

Part 1 (9:30-11:00) Beginners over 18 years old of both genders
Part 2 (11:30-13:00) Female beginners and beginners over 18 years old (female only)

Number of Openings
16 people for both Division 1 and Division 2 ※In case of a large number of applications, there will be a lottery (Beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority.)
※Women can participate in either one or both.

※There are no basic cancellations, but if there is a cancellation, there will be no alternative date for the event.

Part 1 9:30-11:00 (90 minutes)
Part 2 11:30-13:00 (90 minutes)

※Reception for Part 2 will begin after Part 1 has ended, so please note that you will not be able to enter until Part 1 has finished.

Course Introduction

Each will proceed in the following flow.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (Stop, Kick, Carry as the basis)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yuusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → women & beginners class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)

Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・Please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday) in case of cancellation.
※If you pass 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.
Cancellation fee will be charged at the next participation.

Application Method
We will extend the application for "Part 2 (11:30-13:00) for female beginners and super beginners (female only) aged 18 and above."
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by phone (03-5600-4441 / FC Tokyo Soccer School Office) until 17:00 on May 26 (Fri). Please note that applications will be closed once the capacity is reached.

[About waiting for cancellation]
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
※The ball is being prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
