FC Tokyo will hold the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium" at the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium "Parent-Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class".
We will exercise using a ball while having fun with our family.
Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with your coaches and let's move our bodies together!
There is no rain cancellation or dirt due to the gymnasium.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all of us coaches.

※We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into our exercise using a ball. Even if you don't usually play soccer or futsal, you can still participate fully. Our coaches will kindly and carefully guide you.

・Parent and child of 1st and 2nd graders (12:30-13:30)

※There are no basic cancellations, but if there is a cancellation, there will be no alternative date for the event.

Reception Hours
・Parent and child of U-5 and U-6 (11:05-11:15)
・Parent-child duo of first and second graders (12:20-12:30)
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception will be held after the previous class is finished, so please note that you will not be able to enter until the class is over.

・Creating Movement with Parents and Children
・Ball exercise with parent and child
・Parent-child soccer and futsal technical training
・Parent-child match
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yuusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of soccer school.
・Other coaches in the development department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)

・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・Please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday) in case of cancellation.

As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by phone if there is a cancellation and you are selected again through another lottery.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes allowed) when playing. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
※The ball is being prepared here.
