FC Tokyo will hold a "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium" "Parent-Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class".
Enjoy exercising with a ball while having fun with your child.
Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with the coaches, and let's get moving together!
Due to the gymnasium, there are no cancellations due to rain, and it will not get dirty.
All of us coaches are sincerely looking forward to your participation.

"Parent-Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class"
We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into exercises using a ball. Even if you do not usually play soccer or futsal, you can participate fully. The coaches will provide gentle and thorough guidance.

・Parents and children of first and second graders (12:30–13:30)

12 groups for both categories *If there are many applications, a lottery will be held

Reception Hours
・U-5 and U-6 parent-child (11:05～11:15)
・Parents and children of first and second graders (12:20–12:30)
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
Please note that the reception will begin as soon as the previous class has finished, so you will not be able to enter until the class is over.

- Soccer and futsal skill practice for parents and children
・Parent and Child Match
□Coaching Staff (Basic structure with 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Instructor)
* Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal class (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class B)
* Usually in charge of the soccer school.
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.

*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.

This is the first parent-child class at Kodaira Gymnasium. We hope to have fun exercising together, regardless of whether it's soccer or futsal. Of course, those who love FC Tokyo, soccer, and futsal are very welcome, but even those who don't will definitely have a great time. We sincerely look forward to your participation.
