Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will also hold the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in September. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

☆Beginners aged 18 and over, both men and women

16 people *If there are many applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants.)

September 16 (Saturday) 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
* There are generally no cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no rescheduled date.
* There will be one event held in September.

8:45～9:25
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.

□ Course Introduction

We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic structure with 2 members)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Instructor)
* Usually in charge of futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yusuke Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Soccer Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer school and adult futsal class (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class).
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Usually in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Women's & Beginner Class).
・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding the payment of participation fees
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*Please be careful, as a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be incurred if you go past 17:00 the day before.
The cancellation fee will be paid during your next participation.

※After applying, there will be no confirmation reply email. An email regarding the acceptance or rejection of participation will be sent after the deadline.
 

[Application Deadline]

・The event on Sep 16 (Sat) will be held until Sep 6 (Wed) at 17:00.
The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
Please note that there may still be availability, so after the deadline, the application form will be closed. Please confirm and contact us by phone at (03-5600-4441).

If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be notified by email by Sep 8 (Fri) for the event held on Sep 16 (Sat).

About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the selected individuals by phone.
 

□Others
*Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
