※FC Tokyo Park Fuchu will be starting an event at Isetan, before the opening of Forus.
Only one elevator on the Isetan side towards Fuchu Station ticket gate is in operation from 8:30, so please use the elevator in operation to go to the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu on the rooftop.
The elevator will only stop at B2F (parking lot), 1F, 2F, and the rooftop until the facility opens at 10:00.

If the capacity is exceeded, please register for the "Contact Service When Available".

※ "Contact service when available" is a system that sends emails to all registered users when there are vacancies.
After the mass notification is sent, it will be first come, first served.
Also, once a notification is sent, you will not receive another one until you register again when a spot becomes available.

※If you are participating in an event for elementary school students or younger, please provide the information of the guardian in the participant application information.
Please enter your child's name (in hiragana), whether they are enrolled in FC Tokyo School (if so, please also indicate the venue they are enrolled in), and their team affiliation in the "Contact Information for Facilities" section.
(Please fill in all information for the first time, and only fill in your child's name for the second time and beyond.)

＜Payment Information＞
On the day, please make your payment at the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu front desk before the event starts.

Regarding the decision to hold the event
In case of rain or stormy weather, the event may be cancelled.
In that case, we will make a decision one hour before the event starts. In the event of cancellation, we will inform you on the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu homepage and Twitter.
Please note that we will not contact you about cancellations from here.

＜Facility Usage Notes＞
・Please do not bring your own ball. (The facility will provide the ball.)
The facility is located on the rooftop of a building. The ball cannot be used outside of the pitch.
- You cannot enter the pitch with spikes. Please come in training shoes or futsal shoes.
・There may be times when it is difficult to connect by phone. Please understand in advance.
・Please bring your GK gloves to the GK clinic.

Other
The personal information you provided at the time of application will only be used for event notifications from FC Tokyo and FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.
We will take photos during the event. They may be used at FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.
