13:30～14:30 Grade 1 and 2
14:50～16:00 Grade 3 and 4
16:20～17:40 Grade 5 and 6

FC Tokyo Promotion Department Coach

■Capacity
20 people each　First come, first served.
If the number of applications exceeds capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list.

■Participation Fee
2,000 yen (including tax)
Cash payment in advance will be required at the facility front on the day.

Please call FC Tokyo Park Fuchu and mention that you would like to apply for the "December 26th 1-day futsal class."

②Apply at the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu front desk
Please visit the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu front desk and inform them that you would like to apply for the "December 26th 1-day futsal class."
*If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as you know.

■Notes
・Please do not bring or carry the ball.
(The facility will prepare the ball)
・The facility is on the rooftop of the building. Use of the ball is not allowed outside of the pitch.
・You cannot enter the pitch with spikes or heeled shoes.
・Only water is allowed as a beverage on the pitch.
・We may take photos during the event.
It may be used at FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu. Thank you for your understanding.

■Items to Bring
Please participate in comfortable clothing suitable for exercise.
・For those who need it, towel and change of clothes
・Water Bottle
* In case of cancellation due to bad weather, a decision will be made one hour before the start.
