13:30～14:30 Elementary School 1st and 2nd Grade
14:50～16:00 Elementary School 3rd and 4th Grade
16:20～17:40 Elementary School 5th and 6th Grade

■Responsibility
FC Tokyo Promotion Department Coach

■Capacity
20 people each　First come, first served.
※If there are more applications than the capacity, they will be put on a waiting list.

Participation Fee
2,000 yen (tax included)
※Payment must be made in cash at the facility front on the day of the event.

■Application Method
①Phone application
Please call FC Tokyo Park Fuchu and apply for the "December 26th 1-day Futsal Class".

②FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Front Application
Please come to FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Front and apply for the "December 26th 1-day Futsal Class".
※Please call us as soon as possible if it is cancelled.

■Notes
・Do not bring your own ball.・
(The facility will prepare the ball)
・The facility is on the rooftop of the building. The use of the ball outside of the pitch is not allowed.
- You cannot enter the pitch with shoes with spikes or heels.
・Beverages on the pitch are limited to water only.
・Photos may be taken during events.
FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu may be used. Please be aware of this in advance.

■Items to bring
・Please participate in comfortable clothing for exercise.
・If necessary, towels and spare clothes
・Water bottle
※If the game is cancelled due to bad weather, the decision will be made one hour before the start.
In case of cancellation, it will be posted on the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu homepage and Twitter.
