Notice of recruitment for participants in events for each member for the Urawa match on 2/24 (Saturday)

We are recruiting participants for member events related to the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 1 match on 2/24 (Saturday) 2018 vs Urawa Reds (14:00 kickoff at Ajinomoto Stadium)!
Applications for the opening match will be accepted only from those who attend the 2018 J League Preseason Match presented by Tokyo Gas, which will be held at Ajinomoto Stadium on 2/17 (Saturday).
You can apply at the preseason match membership registration booth. We invite you to attend the preseason match and apply for the opening match event.
 

■Recruitment Guidelines　

1．[SOCIO Exclusive]SOCIO Flag Bearer

Number of winners: 6 people
You will enter the venue together with the players during the player entrance before the match starts.
 

2．【CSM, Fan Club U-20 Exclusive】Fair Play Flag Bearer

Number of winners: 6 people
You will enter the pitch holding the fair play flag and guiding the players before the match.
 

3．[Kids Club Exclusive]Hand with Hand

Number of recruits: 11 people
You can enter with the players by holding hands during the player entrance.
 

4．【Kids Club (Grades 4-6)・Middle School Club Only】High Touch & Practice Observation

Number of recruits: 20 people
You can participate in the pitch practice observation by high-fiving the players who appear in the pre-match pitch practice.

February 17, 2018 (12:00 (Gate Opening) ~ 14:00 (Kick-off)


■Application Method
On the day of entry, we will provide a match day paper that includes a QR code for the application form. Please scan the QR code and fill out the required information on the application form.


■Winning Announcement
The announcement will be made after the match at the large screen and the member reception tent.
Additionally, regarding the information for the day, we will hand out the winning notifications at the member reception tent after the match, so if you are a winner, please be sure to stop by.

【About Overall】

・Please prepare your own admission tickets when participating.
The right to win is only valid for those who applied, and cannot be transferred to third parties, including family members.
・Applications are limited to one entry per person per item. Multiple applications for the same item will be considered invalid.
・In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
・Please refrain from inquiring about the lottery results.
・Due to match management circumstances, we may contact the winners for confirmation.
・Those who are not winners cannot enter beyond the meeting point due to match management reasons.Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that we cannot take care of your children while you are participating.
・On the day of the event, please gather at the designated location, in principle, 60 minutes before kickoff.
・The rights to the photographs and videos of the participants belong to FC Tokyo, and the portraits of the participants may be used in FC Tokyo's reporting and future productions, publications, and public relations activities.Please apply with your prior consent.
