FC Tokyo formed a business partnership with CE Sabadell, which was then in the second division of La Liga (Spanish League), in June 2013. The partnership aimed at player development overseas, allowing for loan transfers and participation in training during the off-season. However, the business partnership was dissolved as of September 30, 2015.
 

We regret to inform the fans and supporters who have been cheering for CE Sabadell that FC Tokyo will continue to consider business partnerships with overseas clubs and will advance activities with a focus on "Asia" and "the world".
