This is a notice regarding the delivery date of tickets and membership cards for everyone who has applied for annual tickets and club support membership.
[2/15 (Mon) Update] About Shipping
 


Regarding the delivery of annual tickets 

Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. Additionally, if you have applied for club support membership at the same time, it will be sent together with the annual ticket.
* If you apply for the annual ticket and club support member separately, they will be shipped separately, so please be aware of this in advance.
 

1. For those who apply by Jan 11 (Mon, holiday)
⇒ Shipped on Feb 12 (Fri)
* We are shipping in order, so please wait a little longer for arrival.

2.Jan 12 (Tue) to Jan 24 (Sun) applicants
⇒Shipped on Feb 18 (Thu)
Please note that the pickup period is shorter until Feb 27 (Sat), which is a match eligible for the annual ticket.
 

All applicants after the above will receive their items at the venue.


Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
Please prepare the payment for those who will pay upon receipt (cash on delivery).
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request redelivery.
 

□Regarding the Delivery of Club Support Member Benefits
Shipping for club support members will begin on February 17 (Wednesday) and will be done in order.
Customers considering using the home free seat ticket exchange voucher for the Omiya match on February 27 (Saturday) can apply and make payment via the web by February 21 (Sunday) to receive their membership card and various benefits, including the home free seat ticket exchange voucher, by the time of the Omiya match.
Please note that if you apply using the continuation payment handling slip, Loppi, bank transfer, or postal payment, it may take some time for processing, and we may not be able to deliver by Saturday, February 27. Thank you for your understanding.
