To all 2017 SOCIO Club Support Members

This is a notice regarding the delivery date of tickets and membership cards for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support membership.
 

Delivery of Annual Tickets

Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please see the following and thank you for your cooperation. Please note that if you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it.
*If you apply for an annual ticket and club support member separately, they will be shipped separately, so please understand in advance.
 

1. Recruitment starts ~ Sep 9 (Mon) for those who apply by Jan 9 (Mon, holiday)
⇒ Shipped on Feb 10 (Fri)
 
Jan 10 (Tue) - Jan 22 (Sun) Application Deadline
⇒Feb 16 (Thu) Shipping
 

Only those who have applied after the above will receive it at the venue.
 

※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※Please prepare the payment for cash on delivery when receiving. Thank you for your cooperation.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip to arrange for redelivery.
 

About Club Support Member Delivery
Club support member shipments will be sent out at any time from February 15 (Wed).
※It takes about 2 weeks for the membership card and benefits to arrive, so if you are considering using the home free seat ticket exchange ticket at the Omiya game on March 4 (Sat), please apply and pay by February 19 (Sun).
