Regarding the traffic accident involving FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa coach Masato OTA

On October 28th (Saturday), a regular passenger car driven by Masato OTA, the coach of FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa, had a self-accident while traveling on the down line of the Metropolitan Expressway No. 1 (10 Asahicho, Ota Ward, Tokyo) with no passengers.
Additionally, there are no injuries to Masato OTA, the coach of FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to everyone involved regarding this matter.
The club will issue a strict warning to coach Masato OTA and will thoroughly implement traffic safety measures for all players and related parties to prevent recurrence.

3. Overview
While driving a regular passenger car (with no passengers) towards his home from the training ground, FC Tokyo U-15 coach Masato OTA was traveling in the overtaking lane near 10 Asahicho, Ota Ward, Tokyo on Metropolitan Expressway No. 1. After passing through a tunnel and making a right curve, he was affected by the wind, lost control of the steering wheel, scraped against the central divider, and had a flat tire. The right front headlight is damaged.
Furthermore, there are no injuries to coach Masato OTA, and there was no contact with other vehicles.
After the incident occurred, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.
