Regarding the traffic accident of Masato OTA, coach of FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa

Yesterday, on October 28th (Saturday), a regular passenger car driven by Masato OTA, the coach of FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa, who belongs to our club, caused a self-accident while driving on the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway Route 1 (Asahi-cho, Ota-ku, Tokyo). There were no passengers in the car.
No injuries have been reported for Masato OTA, FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa coach.
We apologize from the bottom of our hearts for causing great inconvenience to everyone involved in this matter.
The club will issue a strict warning to coach Masato OTA and thoroughly promote traffic safety to all players and staff to prevent recurrence.

3. Overview
FC Tokyo U-15 manager Masato Ota's regular passenger car (no passengers) was driving on the overtaking lane near 10 Asahi-cho, Ota-ku, Tokyo on the Metropolitan Expressway Route 1, heading from the training ground to his home. When passing through a tunnel and turning right, the car was blown by the wind, causing the driver to lose control and scrape against the central divider, resulting in a flat tire. The right front headlight is also damaged.
In addition, there were no injuries to coach Masato OTA and no contact with other vehicles.
After the accident, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.
