We would like to inform everyone who has applied for annual tickets and club support membership about the delivery date of tickets and membership cards.
Regarding the Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. If you apply for club support membership at the same time, it will be enclosed with the annual ticket.
* If you apply for the annual ticket and club support member separately, they will be shipped separately.
1. Applications will be accepted until Jan 9 (Mon)
⇒ Shipping will begin sequentially from Feb 9 (Fri)
2. Applications from January 10 (Tue) to January 22 (Mon)
⇒ Shipping will begin sequentially from February 15 (Thu)
All applicants after the above will receive their items at the venue.
* Delivery date and time cannot be specified before delivery.
Please prepare the payment for those who will pay upon receipt (cash on delivery).
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request redelivery.
□Regarding the Delivery of Club Support Member Benefits
Regarding the shipment of club support members, it will be sent out starting from Feb 14 (Wed).
*It takes about 2 weeks for the membership card and benefits to arrive, so customers considering using the home reserved seat ticket exchange voucher for the match against Urawa on Feb 24 (Sat) are requested to apply and make payment by Feb 18 (Sun).
