□Application Method
During the application period, those who purchase FC Tokyo merchandise worth 2,000 yen (including tax) or more at the Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium store will receive one numbered application ticket.
Please apply using the application form with the QR code listed on the application ticket.
We will invite 100 people selected by lottery from those who applied.
You can apply multiple times for one person, but only one number will be valid for winning.

□Announcement of Winners

Date and Time: April 16 (Mon) around 12:00 (scheduled)

* Announcements will be made on Euro Sports (FC Tokyo Official Shop) SNS (Twitter/facebook).

The announcement will be made at the Euro Sports store upon opening on April 17 (Tuesday).

*Winners are requested to confirm the details, and completion will be achieved by filling out the registration form, so we appreciate your understanding in advance. Additionally, due to preparation circumstances, the deadline for filling out the registration form will be set to April 18 (Wed) 10:00.
