During halftime, we will conduct the "DAZN Challenge" on the pitch at Ajinomoto Stadium, and those who succeed will receive a prize of 1,000,000 yen!

Participants who applied for the DAZN Challenge (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") from this page are considered to have agreed to these application conditions.

○Campaign Application Eligibility
1. Those who applied for the "DAZN Challenge" via the application form between July 6, 2018 (Friday) at 10:00 and July 9 (Monday) at 23:59.
2. Anyone who is an adult residing in Japan can apply.

Employees of Perform Investment Limited and its group companies are requested to refrain from applying for this campaign.

○ About the Lottery and Announcement of Winners
1. After the application period ends, we will conduct a strict lottery at our company and confirm 5 winners by 6:00 PM on July 13 (Friday).
2. Winners will receive an email from DAZN sent to the email address provided at the time of application. After confirming the winners, an email will be sent to the winners regarding the pair tickets for the 2018 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 18 match FC Tokyo vs V-Varen Nagasaki (Main S designated seats) and participation rights for the DAZN Challenge.
※The announcement of winners will only be communicated to the winners. Additionally, we will not accept any inquiries related to the screening or winning, so please understand.

* If it is confirmed that you do not meet the application conditions, we will invalidate your winning rights at our discretion. * If the winner is not confirmed within 24 hours after the notification, a new winner will not be selected. In that case, the number of DAZN Challenge participants may be less than five.

Note Regarding Prizes
1. The right to participate in the DAZN Challenge is limited to the winners themselves. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold to third parties.
2. Before the winners participate in the DAZN Challenge, please be aware that you will need to agree to a separate 'Liability and Risk Assumption, and Waiver of Rights' document.
3. If it is reasonably determined by the organizer that the same person has won multiple times under the same address and name, you may be required to present identification. Please be aware that if identification cannot be verified, your right to the prize may be canceled.
4. Please note that changes to the prize due to the winner's circumstances cannot be accommodated.
5. Due to natural disasters, wars, riots, or other unavoidable circumstances, the DAZN Challenge may be canceled.
