On 10/28 (Sun) 2018, as a pre-event for the home game of the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J3 League Sec. 29 vs. Fujieda MYFC (15:00 kickoff / AJINOMOTO FIELD NISHIGAOKA), it has been decided to hold a pre-match event "SOCIO vs CSM"!

It is a very valuable opportunity for FC Tokyo players to play on the pitch where they have fought in official matches and created various dramas and histories!
This event is exclusively open to SOCIO and club support members!

This is a recruitment for an event where SOCIO members and club support members will play a match on the pitch at AJINOMOTO FIELD NISHIGAOKA.

□Application Deadline

Until October 14, 2018 (Sunday) 23:59

□Winning Notification
We will contact the winners by email within one week after the deadline.
We will send the winning email from "csm@fctokyo.co.jp".
If you have set up domain-specific reception, please configure "@fctokyo.co.jp".

□Meeting time on the day
Please gather at the designated location of the venue by 11:30 (scheduled).
The dissolution is scheduled for around 1:00 PM.

□Notes
[Important Notes for Application]
Please apply only if you are healthy and can participate in two matches of 15 minutes each on the day.

[On the Day of the Event]
・Matches will be played divided into SOCIO teams and Club Support Member teams.
・Match time will be 15 minutes × 2 halves (5-minute halftime).
・Each winning participant may be accompanied by up to 2 people who can watch from the designated area beside the pitch.
・Since you will enter the pitch (natural grass area), please come wearing sports shoes suitable for soccer, such as training shoes or running shoes.
* Spikes are prohibited, so please be careful.
* Please wear items made by umbro, the club sponsor, as much as possible.
・Please participate wearing sportswear suitable for playing (jersey, shirt, shorts, etc.).
* Sportswear will not be provided.
・Referees, trainers, and other staff involved in the match, as well as GK gloves, balls, bibs, and other match equipment, will be provided by FC Tokyo.
・There are no changing rooms available, so please be aware in advance.
* After the event, please take care of yourself with towels or body wipes.
・Please prepare your own tickets for watching the match on the day. Without a ticket, you will not be able to participate in this event, so please be careful.
・Accompanying guests can watch from the designated area beside the pitch. Photography of participants on the pitch is allowed within the designated area.
・A luggage area will be provided, but please take care of valuables by entrusting them to your accompanying guests, etc.
* When playing on the pitch, it is prohibited to keep personal belongings in your pockets.
・The pitch size is currently being adjusted (it is planned to be conducted on a full pitch or half pitch).

[Others]
The email address you provided may receive future notifications from FC Tokyo.
The right to win is only valid for those who applied, and cannot be transferred to third parties, including family members.
・Applications are limited to one entry per person per item. Multiple applications for the same item will be considered invalid.
・In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
・Please refrain from inquiring about the lottery results.
・Due to match management circumstances, we may contact the winners for confirmation.
・Please note that we cannot take care of your children while you are participating.
・The rights to the photographs and videos of the participants taken belong to FC Tokyo, and the portraits of the participants may be used in reports and future productions, publications, and public relations activities of FC Tokyo. Please apply with your prior consent.
