We would like to inform everyone that the method for exchanging the "Benefit Ticket (Home Free Seating)" for club support members will be changed starting from the 2019 season.
Starting from the 2019 season, special tickets will be issued in advance from a dedicated site, allowing direct entry using QR tickets. Additionally, they can now be used for all J1 league matches.
If you are unable to issue tickets, please refer to the notes below to utilize your benefits.

Available for all home games in the J1 League.
※The J.League YBC Levain Cup, Emperor's Cup, and J3 League matches are not included.
* If the home free seating is sold out, the ticket issuance process will also be terminated from that point on.

This benefit can be used as soon as your membership card and coupon code (serial key) arrive.
The coupon code (serial key) required for ticket issuance is written on the membership card base.
* The coupon code (serial key) that has been successfully applied cannot be reissued.
If you are unable to complete the ticketing process, please bring the membership card with the coupon code (serial key) written on it to the club support member registration booth outside the venue (main, back) on the day of the match. Our staff will assist you with the QR ticket issuance process (if the home general seating is sold out, no exchanges for same-day tickets will be made).
* Coupons that have been successfully applied cannot be transferred to another match.
□Admission Method
You can enter by holding your obtained QR ticket and presenting it at the entrance gate for a one-touch pass.
Those who have issued tickets by the day before the match can enter directly with a QR ticket.
If you complete the issuance procedure for the special ticket (home free seating) on the day of the match, you will not be able to enter directly with the QR ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring the obtained QR ticket to the outside club support member registration booth (main, back).
