We would like to inform you that the exchange method for the membership benefit "Benefit Ticket (Home Free Seat)" for Club Support Members will be changed starting from the 2019 season.
From the 2019 season, special tickets will be issued in advance through a dedicated website, allowing for direct entry using QR tickets. In addition, they can now be used for all J1 league matches.
If you are unable to issue tickets, please refer to the following precautions and use the benefits.
□Target Match
Available for all home games in J1 League.
※J League YBC Levain Cup, Emperor's Cup, and J3 League matches are not eligible.
※If the home free seats are sold out, the ticketing process will also end at that time.
□Ticket Issuance Period
Member Pre-Sale for Each Match ~ Until 30 Minutes into the Second Half of the Match Day

※This benefit can be used as soon as you receive your membership card and coupon code (serial key).
※The coupon code (serial key) required for ticket issuance is listed on the membership card backing paper.
※The coupon code (serial key) that has been completed cannot be reissued.
※If you are unable to complete the ticketing process, please bring your membership card backing sheet with the coupon code (serial key) to the off-site club support member registration booth (main, back) on the day of the match. Our staff will assist you with the QR ticketing process (if home general admission tickets are sold out, they cannot be exchanged for same-day tickets).
※The completed coupon cannot be transferred to another game.
□Admission method
Please bring your acquired QR ticket and touch it to the one-touch pass at the entrance gate for admission.
※If you have purchased your ticket by the day before the match, you will be able to enter directly with a QR ticket.
※If you have completed the ticket issuance process for the special benefit ticket (home free seat) on the day of the match, you will not be able to enter directly with the QR ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bring the acquired QR ticket to the club support member registration booth (main, back) outside the venue.
