FC Tokyo's coach will give a "challenge" for lifting! Please watch the video below!
3. Dance Lesson with TOKYO DOROMPA (Collaboration: CUBERS)
Let's dance "Baile TOKYO" with TOKYO DOROMPA! Watch the video below and practice the choreography!
4. Kick Target Game
Aim for three targets and kick the ball! Aim for perfection! Even small children can participate!
5. Parent-Child Yoga (Same-day/Reservation ticket system/Cooperation: General Incorporated Association Athlete Yoga Office) ※Added on 8/17 (Wed)
Experience "yoga", which is popular (?) even among the Japan national team, with your parent and child to loosen and move your body!

・You cannot enter the artificial turf area with high-heeled shoes or similar footwear.
- Please refrain from bringing your own soccer ball.
・On the day, it is expected to be hot. Please prepare your own drinks and hats for hydration.
※You cannot bring any drinks other than water on the artificial turf.
・Please refrain from asking for autographs or taking photos with players during transportation due to time constraints.
