Currently in the Thai League 1. Established as "BANGKOK UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL CLUB" in 1988, and changed its team name to "BANGKOK UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB" in 2009. In 2016, they finished 2nd in the Thai League 1 and qualified for the AFC Champions League playoffs in 2017. Their home stadium is Thammasat Stadium.
