About the automatic renewal of 2022 annual tickets and club support members

Regarding the "2022 Annual Ticket" and "2022 Club Support Member", automatic renewal will be implemented.
Those who wish to automatically renew at the time of application for the 2021 season will be subject to "2022 Season Automatic Renewal," so please be sure to check this page.
□ How to Confirm Whether You Wish to Auto-Renew

・Confirmation Procedure
①Access the above URL and log in with the J.League ID linked to your SOCIO or Club Support Member account.
②Display the card of the member information you want to check (SOCIO or Club Support Member) and select "Member Menu".
③Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the "[SOCIO・CSM] Auto Renewal" section.
④If "Yes" → You wish to auto-renew.
If "No" or "No Response" → You do not wish to auto-renew.
□ Regarding Changes to the Preference for Automatic Renewal
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal for the 2022 season, please cancel the automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Details and Change Confirmation Page" which will open on Dec 1 (Wed).
If you do not wish to automatically renew at the time of application for the 2021 season, please note that you cannot change your preference to automatic renewal at this time.

□ For everyone who wishes to auto-renew・From Wednesday, Dec 1, you can change your seat type, credit card information, or cancel auto-renewal on the "Auto-Renewal Details Confirmation and Change Page" that will open.

【For those wishing to continue SOCIO automatically】
・When applying for the 2022 season, you need to choose between "Advance Seating Method" and "Refund Method."If no request is made, it will be set to "Refund Method."
・For those who purchased designated seats for the 2021 season, your preferred area and requests, including requests for adjacent seats, will carry over the same content as the 2021 season. If there are any changes, please make the changes on the "Registration Information Change Page."
・For those who applied for the U-18 ticket type in the 2021 season, everyone who will be excluded from U-18 eligibility in the 2022 season will automatically have their ticket type changed to adult tickets.
・For those who purchased reserved seats for the 2021 season, everyone who will first qualify as seniors for the 2022 season will automatically have their ticket type changed to senior.
・For those who wish to apply for the "Main SSS Reserved Seat", "Pair Seat Waitlist", or "SOCIO Card Reissue", there is no request field on the "Automatic Renewal Confirmation/Change Page", so please contact us by writing your SOCIO number and name at "socio@fctokyo.co.jp" along with your desired content.
[For those who wish to automatically renew their club support membership]
・If there is no request, the membership commemorative goods will be specified by the club.
・For those who applied for the U-18 course in the 2021 season, everyone who will be ineligible for U-18 in the 2022 season will be automatically changed to the regular course.
[Notice]
・Please note that you cannot change your registration information after the automatic renewal procedure period ends.
Only the member information displayed at the time of login is subject to automatic renewal.
・Those who selected "Installment Payment" when applying for the 2021 season will be charged "Lump-sum Payment" at the time of automatic renewal payment for the 2022 season.
