Starting from June 4, 2022 (Saturday), during the FC Tokyo Support Week at Keio Department Store Shinjuku, it has been found that there are some issues with certain cards from the first batch of the 2022 FC Tokyo On-Site Cards that were on sale.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our customers who made a purchase.
Customers who have the applicable card will be sent a good product following the steps below.

□ Incident Occurrence
・In the 2022 FC Tokyo onsite cards and N cards, there were duplicate and incorrect card serial numbers for the following applicable players (6 players).

・There was an error in the card background design of the 2022 FC Tokyo On-Site Card and SR Card.

*There are no issues with cards other than those mentioned above.

□Regarding Exchange Support
Please send a photo of the applicable card you have, whether you have the original image of the back side, your address, full name, and contact information to the onsite card exchange desk (info@pbridge.net) by email, or contact us via DM on the Onsite Card Official SNS (Twitter) @all_onsite_card.
* The shipment of good products is scheduled for late June.
We will also exchange for a good product for customers with the original image on the back. (We will contact you again through the person in charge.)
*Exchanges or other services cannot be handled at Keio Department Store Shinjuku or the official shop. Thank you for your understanding.

□Regarding the Postponement of Official Shop Sales
From June 10 (Fri) onwards, the first sale planned at the official shop has also been postponed to late June.
We will inform you on the website as soon as the schedule is decided.
