[Updated: 4/2] Regarding the System Issue During the Sale of Members-Only "Pukkuri Stickers" 

Regarding the members-only product "Puffy Stickers" sold at the official online shop, a system error occurred that prevented some membership grade customers from making a purchase.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to our customers.
This issue has been resolved, and all members can now purchase the product.
Additionally, during the occurrence of this issue, the "Sticker Album" sold out, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who were considering purchasing it simultaneously to qualify for free shipping.
The "Sticker Album" is limited in quantity but is available for purchase at Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium store, and at the stadium merchandise booth for the FC Machida Zelvia match on Sunday, April 5.
