About the Unified Prohibition Rules of the J League

To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending the match, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited acts within the stadium, the J.League unified prohibited rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules), and the management regulations.
Please note that whether the relevant behavior violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.

* If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues are committed, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be banned from entering matches held at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium During Match Broadcasts

Please note that all or part of the footage (including still images) taken inside the stadium (including the concourse) for the purpose of use in match broadcasts, etc. (including portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as described below.

  1. Use on large video equipment inside the stadium and various monitors installed inside the venue

  2. Use in J.League and club official media

  3. Use in news programs and related media

  4. Use in video works and various sales items produced by the J.League or those designated by the J.League (including partner companies)

Prohibited Items

Please refrain from bringing prohibited items as specified by the J League, as well as the items listed in the following sections, unless deemed particularly necessary by the management and safety officer.

  • Bottles and cans (The contents of bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups at the entrance gate before entry)

* Plastic bottles are allowed to be brought in.

  • Items that security personnel recognize as likely to interfere with the operation or progress of other matches, or to cause inconvenience or danger to others.

Entry and Exit to the Stadium

Gate opening times, entrance gates, and re-entry gates may change depending on ticket sales status and event schedules. Additionally, the status of AO-AKA PARK may vary depending on the match, so please check the game information for each match.

Opening Time

Priority entry will be provided for SOCIO and corporate annual ticket purchasers prior to the general admission.

Entrance Gate

For a certain period after the gates open, the types of seats that can be accessed will be restricted by gate. If you plan to enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

Queue Lottery Entry

Regarding the operation of the entrance waiting line, a ticket acquisition system using the "FC Tokyo Official App" will be introduced for free seating (SOCIO and general admission) customers.
The waiting line for entry is to organize the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive from the gate opening until kickoff time, SOCIO members can use the SOCIO priority entrance, and there are seats available for everyone with a ticket. Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery.
Please determine your arrival time according to your preferred way of watching the game.

Lottery Entry Period and Result Notification Date

* Issuance of numbered tickets, cancellations, and re-entries cannot be made after the above lottery entry period ends.

* The ticket number is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, the time you enter the lottery does not affect the lottery results.

Queue Management (For Home Free Seats)

The waiting line for entry is to organize the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gates open and in time for kickoff, there will be seats available for you, so it is not necessary to line up.
Please determine your arrival time according to your preferred way of watching the game.

  • For those who have a numbered ticket through the lottery entry
    • Please prepare the pre-obtained numbered ticket and line up in the waiting queue area (see the waiting queue area below) 20 minutes before the designated gate opening time (see how to line up in the waiting queue area below). Those not present during queue organization will have their numbered tickets invalidated.
  • For those without a numbered ticket
    • You can line up at the end of the queue starting 4 hours before kickoff. After lining up once, you may leave the line. Please return to the waiting line area 20 minutes before the designated gate opening time.

* After gathering 20 minutes before the gates open, you cannot leave the line until entry. Please line up with this in mind.

* If the gate opening time or meeting time changes, we will inform you on the official homepage.

A rope marked with your registration number has been set up as a guide, so please line up with your companions at the location marked with your registration number.

Please line up in the waiting area at the main gate, back gate, and South Gate 1 starting 4 hours before kickoff. After securing your spot, you may leave the waiting line.

At the time of ejection

We will not implement a ban on attendance, but we ask for your cooperation in measures to prevent spectators, such as staggering the time.

Viewing Rules

Standing Area

The home free seating lower area and the visitor seating lower area can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you will not be asked to "please sit down" if you are standing. Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.

Visitor Merchandise Wearable Area

Viewing while wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the areas below.

* The Main SS Reserved Seat South Side and Main S Reserved Seat South Side / Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating are mixed areas.

* Wearing visitor goods or supporting the visiting team outside the above areas is strictly prohibited.

* Please note that the Main SSS designated seats, whether on the north or south side, are FC Tokyo supporter seats.

* If there are any changes to the above viewing rules, we will notify you in the ticket sales information for each match.

About the Display of Banners (Flags, Tapestries)

The display locations for banners (flags, horizontal banners) have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the specified ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

  • The South Side General Admission seats will be sold depending on the ticket availability of other seat types, so there may be cases where they are not available for certain matches. In such cases, please note that banners cannot be displayed.

  • Front row of the lower visitor seating stand
  • Middle aisle of the upper tier visitor seats and the top row railing section
  • Due to ticket sales status, the upper stands will not be opened, so there are some areas where posting is not possible. Please check with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.

Posting on the wall sections at the top row of the North Side Stand and South Side Stand is only allowed with FC Tokyo's approval.

* Banners (flags, horizontal banners) are prohibited from being displayed at pitch level and wheelchair seats.

    • For those preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the gates open.
    • Additionally, it is possible to display banners (flags, streamers) after the gates open.
  • Visitor Team Banner
    • Posting will be done after the gates open. Prior posting is not allowed.

* Please check with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.

* The use of duct tape is prohibited when attaching banners.

About the Use of Instruments

Only the home free seating lower tier and visitor seating lower tier are available for use.
Please refrain from using musical instruments in other areas.

Regarding the Use of Large Flags

Definition of a large flag: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × at least 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m

* If the flag part or the pole size is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will be considered a large flag.
However, the L flag is not included in the large flags.

Area where large flags can be used: Home free seating lower section and visitor seating lower section

* Please note that use outside the designated areas is prohibited to ensure the safety of all attendees.

* When using large flags, please be sure to pay close attention to the people around you.
The organizer may prohibit bringing in or using items deemed to be slanderous, defamatory, racist, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.

Installation and use of temporary handrails at the front of the standing area

Installation and use are only possible if approved by FC Tokyo, provided that the following conditions are met.

* Please be sure to protect the facility structure with cloth or similar materials.

* FC Tokyo is not responsible for any damage to the facility structure.

Prohibited Actions

Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, absolutely refrain from any acts prohibited by the J.League unified regulations as well as the acts listed in the following items at any facility.

  • The display or actions involving banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) that could be perceived as slanderous or discriminatory are prohibited. As a matter of common social standards and from the perspective of our club, if we determine that such content constitutes slander or discrimination, the displayed items will be removed, warnings will be issued for the actions, and if they do not cease, the individuals will be asked to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, the individuals involved may be banned from attending subsequent matches.
  • Use of duct tape when installing banners.
  • Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
  • Use of laser pointers.
  • Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
  • Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.).Please check here for more details.
  • Use of megaphones directed towards the pitch. Only permitted when the purpose is to control cheering towards the stands.
  • Bringing and using drums and large flags in the main stand, back stand, and upper goal stand.
    (Allowed only in the home free seating lower stand goal area and the visitor seating lower stand goal area)
  • Actions such as "stepping over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
  • Stand up from the chair or rest your feet on the back of the chair while watching and cheering.
  • Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
  • Group cheering activities in the concourse.
  • Acts recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, or likely to cause inconvenience or danger to others.

Is there a parking lot at Ajinomoto Stadium?
  • There are no parking facilities available for the general public during FC Tokyo home games.
  • Please use public transportation to attend. Also, please do not park at nearby facilities or on the street.
Is there a bicycle parking lot at Ajinomoto Stadium? There are. The availability of bicycle parking varies depending on the match, so please check the latest game information.
What time can we enter the stadium? Entry is allowed 2 hours before kickoff.
Please check the latest information from the game information for each match, as it may change depending on the ticket sales status.
Can food and drinks be brought into the stadium? You are allowed to bring in items. However, cans and bottles are not permitted, so please transfer your drinks into paper cups at the entrance gate.
Can I re-enter? Re-entry is allowed from gate opening until halftime. Please check the re-entry gate here.
Is there a nursing room in the stadium? There are provisions available on both the home side and the back side.
If you would like to use this service, please speak to a nearby staff member.
Can I bring a stroller, or can I check it in? You are allowed to bring items. If you bring them to your seat, please be considerate not to obstruct the passage of other guests. Additionally, you can also leave your items at the general information desks on the main side and back side. Please ask a nearby staff member for assistance.
Is there a changing mat available? All men's and women's restrooms in the stadium concourse are equipped with baby changing tables.
Are there wheelchair seats available? We have arrangements in place. No prior reservation is necessary, so please purchase tickets for your desired viewing area in advance before your visit. For more details, please see here
