About the FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa Selection Event
In organizing the FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2020 season, we will conduct selections for current 6th grade elementary school students based on the following requirements.

□Target
Current 6th grade elementary school students (born between April 2, 2007 and April 1, 2008) field players and goalkeepers
* It is a principle that you can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes from home.

・2nd Selection September 14, 2019 (Sat) *Backup date September 15, 2019 (Sun)

・4th Selection *Only informed to successful candidates
*The meeting time will be individually notified at a later date.
*On the day of the selection, the backup date will be used only if the event cannot be held due to severe weather or other reasons.
□Participation Fee
3,100 yen (tax included)
* Depending on the payment method, there may be additional processing fees separate from the participation fee.
* Additionally, a fee of 108 yen (including tax) will be charged when issuing the 'Selection Participation Ticket'.
*Please note that refunds for participation fees cannot be made after application, so please understand this in advance.
□ How to Apply
Please apply using the following steps.

Access the link below and purchase the selection participation ticket.

【STEP3】
After completing the payment process, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.
【STEP4】
Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
* When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue your tickets.
If you inform the staff that it is an 'internet purchase', the process will proceed smoothly.
A processing fee of 108 yen will be charged per ticket. The processing fee is included in the total amount payable at the time of purchase.
☆If you have lost your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)"
→Please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check it from "Purchase History" in the menu button at the top right.
【STEP5】
Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Those who are not currently affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.

Attach the 'Selection Participation Ticket' issued at Seven-Eleven to the 'Examination Acceptance Form' and mail it to the address below.

Selection information and admission tickets will be mailed by Aug 21 (Wed) only to those who have completed both the "Application Form Registration" and the "Mailing of the Examination Consent Form".
