In organizing the U-18 team for 2021, we will hold selections for current third-year junior high school students based on the following details.

①Download the "Participation Agreement" from below and review the "Guidelines for Preventing COVID-19 Infection."
* Only those who agree to the guidelines can participate in the selection.
* Please download the PDF at the bottom of this page to use the participation consent form.

② Access the application form below and fill in the required information.

※ Reception starts from July 20, 2020 (Monday) at 10:00

④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.

⑤ Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
Please provide the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue your ticket.
If you inform the staff that it is an 'internet purchase', the process will proceed smoothly.

◇If you have lost your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)"◇
→Please log in to the J League Ticket official website and check under the "Purchase History" in the menu button at the top right.
※ A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuance fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.
※For credit card payments (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours have passed to prevent fraudulent use.

If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."

⑥Download the "Examination Consent Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
*Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.
*Please download the consent form for examination from the PDF at the bottom of this page.

7. Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven to the "Examination Acceptance Form" and mail it to the address below.
At that time, please also enclose the "Participation Agreement" downloaded in the above ①.

□Reception Confirmation
For those who have completed the registration of the application form and the mailing of the "Examination Consent Form" and "Participation Agreement", an admission ticket will be sent.
* If you do not receive your examination admission ticket by Sunday, August 16, please contact the selection department below.
