FC Tokyo will resume the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class for Men and Women)" starting in September, and will also conduct the "Over 50 Futsal Class".
The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".

For those who want to try kicking a ball, learn the basics of futsal, and enjoy playing futsal, this is a futsal class for complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
Starting this month, we will hold the 'Over 50 Futsal Class', so those who have been hesitant to play with younger people, please take this opportunity to join us!

"Adult Futsal Class (Men's and Women's Absolute Beginner Class)"
※The men's and women's absolute beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly requested to refrain from participating.

"Over 50 Futsal Class"
※This class is intended for those aged 50 and over. Skill level does not matter, but participants will enjoy playing futsal together. It will be a relaxed and easy-going class, so those who want to play seriously are kindly asked to refrain from joining.

Men and Women Super Beginner Class: Men and women super beginners aged 18 and over
Over 50 Futsal Class: Men and women aged 50 and over (competitive players please refrain)

* In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held (priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants).

Part 1 (9:30–11:00) Over 50 Futsal Class
Part 2 (11:30–13:00) Men's and Women's Ultra Beginner Class
*There is a possibility that the event may be canceled due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection. In case of cancellation, no alternative date will be scheduled.

□Reception Hours
Part 1 (8:45–9:25)
Part 2 (11:05–11:25)
Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
If you arrive early, please wait in areas other than the gym (such as the break room) to avoid disturbing other events and individuals. Please come to the floor reception during the designated reception hours.

□Course Introduction
Each session will proceed as follows:
・Warm-up (We will loosen up the body and mind while communicating together)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics: stopping, kicking, and carrying the ball)
・Training 2 (Applying what was practiced in Training 1)
・Game (Small-sided games, such as 5 vs 5)
*This class is designed for beginners and those over 50, so the focus is on basic practice. Even those kicking a ball for the first time or who have never exercised before can participate with confidence.

・Other coaches from the promotion department will be in charge. (The coach in charge may change depending on the schedule)

Participation Fee
2,200 yen per session (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation-related electronic money can be used.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*If you miss the 17:00 deadline the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Additionally, in the case of no-show without notice, you may be refused in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

・Until September 16 (Wednesday) 23:59. *After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please confirm by phone (03-5600-4441).
*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be communicated via email by the deadline of September 18 (Friday).

[About the Waiting List]
If you were not selected in the lottery but wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the winners by phone.

□Others
・Please be sure to bring drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with any shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・The ball is prepared here.
・There are changing rooms available.

Hello everyone. This is Coach Rui. I think it has been difficult to move your bodies due to the coronavirus, but we are finally resuming.
Starting this time, we will hold classes for those over 50. These classes are for people who love soccer and futsal but find it difficult to keep up with younger players! The classes are conducted at a very relaxed pace for you to enjoy. Please invite your acquaintances and friends to join. The ultra-beginner classes will continue as before, so please apply. Let's continue to have fun kicking the ball as always!
