Announcement of the event "<Training Kit Included> StayHome Training Menu Clinic (for 1st to 3rd graders)"
FC Tokyo will hold the "<Training Kit Included> StayHome Training Menu Clinic - StayHome Winter Vacation, Get Ahead of Your Rivals with Training at Home!" for elementary school students in grades 1 to 3.
This winter vacation, when it is difficult to go out far due to the impact of infectious diseases, why not train at home or in your neighborhood and aim to level up?
"I don't know what kind of training to do"
"I can't give advice to my child"
Based on such voices from everyone, we will hold a clinic where you can easily perform training menus using a kit and also share the key points of training.
The kit used on the day will be given as a gift, so continue training as is after the clinic and get ahead of your rivals during the StayHome winter break!

・Introduction and practice of training menus that can be done alone or with family at home or in the neighborhood
(1) Step work, coordination, etc.
(2) Soccer skills (dribbling, control, etc.)
*Parents are also encouraged to experience and support their child's training together. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for light exercise.

・Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
*The morning and afternoon sessions cover the same content. Please apply for either session.

Boys and girls in grades 1 to 3 of elementary school

・Afternoon session: 30 people
*This is not held by each grade.
