FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School will start accepting applications for the "2021 April Opening Class (for U-4, U-5, new first graders, and new first year junior high school students)" from today.
The details of the application are as follows.

* The first round of applications is not on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.

Please note that applications made through methods other than the above input form (such as FAX or phone) cannot be accepted.
*If you wish to enroll in multiple schools (venues) or courses (days), you need to apply for each school and course separately. In that case, the admission fee will be charged upon joining any of the schools, and the monthly fee will apply to each course you enroll in.

From 10:00 on Feb 26 (Fri), applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via the input form above.

□About the lottery results
Regarding the lottery results for the first round of applications, the deadline for replies is Thursday, February 25, and we will contact you by email by the deadline.

《Winners》
After the lottery result email is sent, we will send the membership documents (around mid-March), so please complete the procedures by the deadline.

《For Those Not Selected》
After the lottery result email is sent, you will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you from the office when your turn comes, so please wait until then.
