[Big Frames Members Only] Notice of Kodaira Grand Practice Observation Event
We would like to inform you that a practice observation session for Big Frames members will be held at Kodaira Ground.
Please note that due to the facilities and measures to prevent the spread of infection, we will limit attendance to 100 people.
Please review the following information and notes, and apply with your consent.

□Notes for Application
・Please refrain from applying if you have had a fever since Tuesday, November 9.
・Please be sure to check the following important notes for the day before applying, and only apply if you agree to them.
・Each member is allowed to apply once. (If multiple applications are submitted, the applications will be deemed invalid.)
・Only the member themselves can participate.
There is a possibility that the practice start time may change suddenly. In that case, the implementation time of this event will also change, so please be aware of this in advance. If the practice start time changes, we will inform you at the email address provided during registration.
・If the practice is suddenly canceled, this event will also be canceled. Please understand this in advance. In case of cancellation, we will notify you via the email address you provided at the time of application.
□Notes for the Day
・Companions (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the winning member themselves must participate. *Please note that we cannot take care of children during the visit.
・Wearing a mask is mandatory, including during practice observation (face shields or mouth guards alone are not allowed for entry).
・Please refrain from coming if you have a fever or feel unwell on the day.
(If it is clearly observed that you are unwell during the visit, you may be refused entry.)
・There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for your visit in advance.
・Please note that there are no chairs provided at the viewing area. However, you are welcome to bring your own portable chairs. (Spreading out mats such as vinyl sheets is not allowed.)
・Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
・The event will proceed in rainy weather. There is no roof at the viewing area, so please bring your own rain gear.
・There are no indoor resting areas. Please prepare your own cold weather measures.
・Cheering or calling out to players is prohibited. Support for players is limited to applause only before and after practice.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Additionally, we will not accept gifts for players, so please understand this in advance.
Regarding Photography on the Day
・On the day, personal photography and videography for enjoyment is allowed.
・Posting photos and videos before and after practice on social media is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to practice on the day of the open event, as well as any text regarding practice (such as practice content, members, and the state of Kodaira Ground) on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram is prohibited. If such posts are found later, future events of this kind may not be held, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
