On December 5, 2021 (Sunday), we invite club support members who regularly support the academy to the match of "Takamado Cup JFA U-18 Soccer Premier League 2021" Sec. 18 FC Tokyo U-18 vs Aomori Yamada High School. Please see below for details.

Please note that due to facility limitations and measures to prevent the spread of infection, we will limit attendance to 120 people.

□Notes for Application
・Even if you have won, please refrain from attending if you have had a fever since Nov 21 (Sun).
・Before applying, please be sure to check the precautions for the day below, and only apply if you agree to them.
・Each member is allowed to apply once. (If multiple applications are submitted, the applications will be deemed invalid.)
・Only the member themselves can participate.
・If the match is suddenly canceled or held without spectators, this event will also be canceled. Please note that even those who have won will have their participation canceled. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you via the email address you provided during application.

□Notes for the Day
・Accompanying persons (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the winning member themselves may participate. *Please note that we cannot take care of children during the visit.
・Wearing a mask is mandatory during your participation, including while watching the match (entry is not permitted with only face shields or mouth guards).
If you have a fever or feel unwell on the day of the event, please refrain from attending. (If you are clearly unwell upon arrival, you may be denied entry.)
・There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for your viewing in advance.
・Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
・The event will proceed regardless of rain. There is no roof at the viewing area, so please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area at the training ground. Please prepare your own cold weather gear.
・Cheering and encouragement for players are prohibited. During the match, only applause is allowed.
