On December 4 (Saturday), 2021, we will provide information about the treasure goods lottery and player card distribution for the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 38 vs Avispa Fukuoka (14:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium).

The treasure goods lottery will be held online only. (If you participate in the online treasure goods lottery, a URL to download a digital player card will be included in the completion email.)
For the online treasure goods lottery, please log in to your member-only My Page and apply through the dedicated form that will be provided in the notification on the day of the match.
Player card distribution and exchange of U-18 membership benefit goods will be conducted at the member tent.

Please stop by the main side or back side member tent when you visit.

・Player cards will be distributed at the match venue.

By applying for the online treasure goods lottery, you can download the player card data from the URL included in the application completion email.
※This is limited to 2021 club support member members only.
*We have prepared four types of player card data (the image is type ①)

①Player Card
→This is the standard design of the player card.

②Home Screen
→This is the image resized to the mobile phone home screen size (2,436×1,125)

③ Postcard

④Folded Player Card
→This is the data for the front and back of a standard player card.
You can print data ③ and ④ at Seven-Eleven Net Print. If you specify L-size photos for the folded player cards and print them out, you can create your own player cards.
