About holding matches at 100% capacity
If the application of the priority measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is lifted, FC Tokyo will operate matches at 100% capacity from April onwards. There will be changes such as the establishment of some free seating areas from all reserved seating, so please check the changes below.
The home game held at 100% capacity will be the first in about two years since the AFC Champions League in February 2020. We appreciate your cooperation with the infection control measures so far, and to continue taking steps toward returning to normal life, we kindly ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.
□Changes for 100% Capacity Matches
① Entry with SOCIO Card
・For matches at 100% capacity, all SOCIO members can enter using their SOCIO card regardless of the selected method (pre-assigned seating or refund). (Held under Pattern A)
② Installation of Free Seating Area
・The following areas will be designated as free seating areas.
Applicable Seat Types: Home Free Seating, Back Free Seating, South Side Free Seating, Visitor Free Seating
③ End of Checkerboard Seating
・Checkerboard seating will end in all areas, and tickets will be sold with seats arranged closer together.
④ Implementation of Priority Entry for SOCIO Members
・Priority entry will be granted to SOCIO members and corporate annual ticket holders before the general gates open. For details, please check the official website and other announcements.
⑤ Implementation of Entrance Waiting Line Organization
・With the establishment of the free seating area, we will implement the organization of the entrance waiting lines. Details on the implementation method will be announced separately, so please check the official website and other sources.
⑥ Implementation of Seat Type Restrictions by Gate
・For a certain period after the gates open, entry will be restricted by seat type at each gate. If you plan to arrive early, please check your seat type and the gate through which you can enter.
⑦ Ticket Sales 3 Weeks in Advance
・As a rule, member pre-sales start 3 weeks before the match date, and general sales begin 2 days after the pre-sale start date.
・There is no sale at the SOCIO price. Purchases are available at the member price.
・Club support members can purchase from the member pre-sale.
□ Continued Request for Cooperation
We kindly ask all visitors to continue cooperating with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from visiting if it is difficult.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever above 37.5℃, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormalities in taste or smell, etc.)
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are subject to behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (even if you received a positive result from a test before the positive diagnosis)
・If there are suspected cases of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that have entry restrictions or require a quarantine period after entry imposed by the government within the past 14 days, and have received a positive action restriction from a public institution.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, or similar gestures.
(3) Please maintain social distancing (when entering and exiting, in lines for restrooms, etc.).
Especially just before the start of the match and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
・We recommend non-woven fabric with high collection efficiency.
・As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, continue infection prevention measures even after receiving the vaccine
・Staff will ask those who are not wearing masks to put them on. ・Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing masks, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (regarding the effects on infants and children, question 10). For preschool children aged 2 and above, mask-wearing is recommended; however, if masks are worn, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is feeling unwell or finds it difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardians.
(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
・Please bring disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
