Please note that applications made through methods other than the above input form (such as FAX or phone) cannot be accepted.
・If you wish to enroll in multiple schools (venues) or courses (days), you need to apply for each school and course separately. In that case, the admission fee is required upon joining any of the schools, and the monthly fee applies to each course you enroll in.
If you wish to join with your siblings, each person must apply individually.

□Regarding the Lottery Result Notification and Membership Procedures
[Primary Recruitment and Priority Recruitment]
After the deadline, we will contact everyone who applied by email with the lottery results by the deadline of February 28 (Tuesday), regardless of the outcome.
<Winners>
After the lottery result email is sent, we will send the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedures by the deadline according to the documents.
<Those who were not selected>
After the lottery result email is sent, you will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you from the office once your turn comes, so please wait until then.

We will inform you of the application status via email within 3 days after your application.
