This is an announcement regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership certificates for those who have applied for the Meiji Yasuda J1 Century Vision League SOCIO (annual tickets) and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP.

□SOCIO (Annual Ticket) Advance Shipping Information
[Eligibility]
・Those who have made payment from the start of recruitment until Tuesday, January 6, 2026
・To all pair seat holders

[Shipping Date]
Shipping will begin sequentially from January 29 (Thu).

[Main Items to be Shipped]
・SOCIO Membership Certificate
・(For those issuing a SOCIO card) SOCIO Card, Card Holder
・(For pair seat holders with parking) Ajinomoto Stadium Parking Ticket (for 8 matches)
* Delivery of pin badges and commemorative uniforms for 20-year SOCIO members will be before the 2026/27 season.

[Shipping Method]
<Shipping Category ①>
・Target: Those who do not issue a SOCIO card
Will be shipped by regular mail.
Please check the mailbox at the address you registered.

<Shipping Category ②>
・Applicable to: Those who issue a SOCIO card, and those with a pair seat parking space
Will be sent by simplified registered mail.
If you apply for multiple annual tickets (SOCIO) with SOCIO card issuance at the same address, they will be delivered together by courier.
* If you are absent at the time of delivery, please request redelivery by following the "Absence Notice" left in your mailbox.

[Notes]
・Since shipments are made sequentially, it may take up to about one week from the above shipping date.
Even for those at the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
・Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before shipment.

[Regarding simultaneous application for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP]
The OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card for those applying simultaneously will be sent together with SOCIO-related shipments.
* If you have completed the procedures for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP separately, they will be sent separately.

□SOCIO (Annual Ticket) On-site Pickup
[Eligible]
・Those who make payment on or after Wednesday, January 7, 2026

[Details]
From the home game against Kashima Antlers on Feb 7 (Sat), the distribution will be at the match venue.
We will provide further information regarding the date, time, and location of the pickup as soon as it is decided on the FC Tokyo Official Homepage and other platforms.
*Please note that receiving at the match venue may take some time, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

□About the Delivery of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP Card
The shipment is scheduled for the following date, thank you for your understanding.
*Even for those at the same address, delivery may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status. Since delivery will be by regular mail, please check the mailbox at the registered address.
The serial key for the special ticket can be confirmed in the application/payment completion email, the payment completion email, or from the member-only My Page.
If you use the special ticket before delivery, please check the email sent upon completion of the payment procedure or from the member-only My Page.

Regarding the benefits for the 2026/27 season, such as towel scarves, original T-shirts, and BFP limited benefits (authentic uniforms, signed boards), shipping is scheduled to begin around the end of July.
We will inform you again as soon as it is decided.

Shipping will be done by regular mail from Wednesday, January 28.

The delivery date varies depending on the application completion period. Please check the date you applied for in the following details.
