Regarding Spectator Manners for the 3/7 (Sat) Match Against Yokohama FM

This match will be held at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), so some spectator manners will differ.

JAbout the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules

To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited acts within the stadium, the J.League unified prohibited rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules), and the management regulations.

Please note that whether the act in question violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be banned from entering matches held at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium During Match Broadcasts

Please be aware that all or part of the footage (including still images) filmed inside the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of match broadcasts, which may include portraits of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations, may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as follows:
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by J.League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions, merchandise, and various sales items produced by J.League or parties designated by J.League (including partner companies)

Prohibited Items

Please refrain from bringing items prohibited by the J.League unified ban and the following items into the facility, except when deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager.
・Bottles and Cans
Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
*Plastic bottles are allowed to be brought in.
- Others who interfere with the operation or progress of the match and are recognized by security personnel as potentially causing inconvenience or danger to others

Entry and Exit to the Stadium

(1) Gate Opening Time
12:00 (Scheduled)
Since all seats for this match are reserved, there will be no priority entry for SOCIO members or corporate season ticket holders.

(2) Entrance Gates
Entrance gates vary depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate corresponding to your ticket type. Even for the same seating category, entrance gates differ depending on the north or south side and the level, so please be careful.

(4) Waiting Line Lottery Entry
This will not be conducted as all seats are reserved.
Please do not form waiting lines around the stadium in advance under any circumstances.

Viewing Rules

(1) All Seats Reserved
During the game, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stands to call out to players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first tier of the home seats and the first tier of the visitor seats are standing areas where you can stand and cheer. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where people standing will not be asked to "please sit down." Continuous standing in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Areas Where Visitor Goods Can Be Worn
Wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas.
・Visitor Reserved Seats
・Main SS Reserved Seats South Side
・Main S Reserved Seat South Side
・Cushioned seats on the south side
・Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating
・Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating
*The Main SS Reserved Seat South Side, Main S Reserved Seat South Side, Cushioned Seat South Side, and Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating are mixed areas.
* Wearing visitor goods and supporting the visiting team is not allowed outside the above area.
* Please note that the main SSS designated seats are cheering sections for FC Tokyo, regardless of whether they are on the north or south side.
(4) Traffic Restrictions Inside the Concourse
Visitors wearing the visiting team's uniforms or goods are not allowed to enter the North Side Stand (1st to 3rd tiers).
Also, please note that those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and goods are not allowed to pass through the South Side Stand Visitor Designated Seat Area (1st tier).
(5) Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags and Horizontal Banners)
The locations for displaying banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) are designated.
Please refrain from posting them in places other than the specified locations. Follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those preparing banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather at the "In front of Gate H" 120 minutes before the gates open.
Displaying banners (flags, horizontal banners) after the gates open is also possible.

②Visitor team's banner
It will be displayed after the gates open. Prior display is not allowed.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when posting.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.

(6) Regarding the Use of Noise-Making Instruments
The use of noisemakers is not allowed outside the designated areas.

(3) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of large flag: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more at any one point, it will be considered a large flag. However, L flags are not included as large flags.

* Please note that it is prohibited in areas outside the designated area to ensure the safety of all attendees.
* When using large flags, please be careful of the surrounding customers.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.

<Regarding the installation and use of temporary handrails at the front of the standing seats>
Installation and use are only possible if the conditions below are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
・Please ensure that the facility structure is protected with cloth or similar materials.
In the event of damage to the facility structure, the facility and FC Tokyo cannot be held responsible.

Prohibited Actions

Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, absolutely refrain from any acts prohibited by the J.League unified regulations as well as the acts listed in the following items at any facility.

・The display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a matter of common sense in society and as a club, if we determine that something falls under defamation or discrimination, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, we will ask them to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of duct tape when installing banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Deliberate space reservation (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.). For details, please check here.
・Bringing in or using drums and other noise-making instruments or large flags outside the designated areas.
・Actions such as "crossing over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
・Stand up from the chair or place your feet on the backrest while watching or cheering.
・Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
Acts recognized by security personnel as likely to disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or to cause inconvenience or danger to others.

Others

・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・We cannot store strollers. Please use the stroller parking area near the entrance gate if you arrive with a stroller. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), so please use public transportation.
