FC Tokyo Park Fuchu is recruiting participants for events where you can receive coaching from FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches.

Theme: "Movement to Lose a Mark"
We organize and train on when, where, and how to move in order to lose a mark.
We aim to lose our marker and score goals in front of the goal where time and space are limited.

Theme: "Battle in Front of the Goal"
This training focuses on the moments in front of the goal where the tension is highest during a match.
Repeatedly make decisions to attack or defend under conditions close to the intensity of an actual match.
We aim to organize "what to look at" and "how to choose plays" in front of the goal, and to develop the ability to make plays with judgment even in high-intensity situations.

"Park de ZUMBA®"
Date and Time: 3/29 (Mon, Holiday) 11:00～12:00
Enjoy the dance fitness "ZUMBA®" open to everyone regardless of age, gender, or dance experience, held on an open rooftop!
Centered on Latin music, just moving your body to rhythms from around the world can become a full-body workout before you know it. If you're an FC Tokyo fan or supporter, you might even be able to dance to "that cheering song" you're familiar with!?
Please take this opportunity to experience ZUMBA®, which helps to relieve lack of exercise while having fun.
